Bust - Measure the fullest part of the bust while keeping enough room for two fingers underneath.
Waist - Measure below the ribcage and about two fingers above the belly button.
The fabric type you order can change the size in which she will feel the most comfortable. All of our fabrics have a different stretch to them! Some with lots of stretch, while others, are completely ridged.
For example, our Cap Sleeve Dress is available in both non-stretch jacquard fabrics and more flexible textured fabrics. While the style remains the same, the fit can vary depending on the material. Jacquards offer little to no stretch, so you may need to size up when choosing this option—especially to ensure the bust and waist fit correctly. We do our best to clearly note the fabric content of each dress to help guide your selection.
