What is your return window?
Returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
What items are eligible for return?
Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in mint condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please complete the bottom portion of the Return Form included with your order and follow the instructions on the slip.
Pack items securely (you may reuse the original packaging) and include the completed return slip inside the package.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date your return is received for processing.
Are there any items that are final sale?
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale items (as specified)
• Special orders
• Custom items
• Masks
No exceptions.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or Certified USPS and saving copies for your records.
What if I need another return form?
If you no longer have the return form included with your order, you may download a copy below and include it with your return.
