Shipping Information
Ground orders may be processed for shipping 24-48 hours after purchase date, with the exception of expedited shipping. Keep in mind, we do not ship overnight packages that are placed on Friday for a Saturday delivery. Please understand we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The expected arrival date applied from the date your package is shipped instead of the date you placed your order. All Overnight, 2nd day and expedited shipping placed after 12pm PST will ship out the next business day. Shipments placed after 12pm on Friday, will ship out the following business day (Monday).
You will be notified via email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also log on to your Udtfashion.com account you created and track your status on My Orders page.
Please note: Ground Shipping and Expedite orders cannot be guaranteed on a requested date. On any exchanges requested, we complimentary ship items if noted on the return form for an exchange. We do not offer any pre-paid labels on exchanges.
Orders placed between Friday at 2:00pm PST to Sunday 11:59 pm PST will not be processed until Monday. Shipments made during any holidays may have some delays.
