We want you to love what you ordered! If something is not right, let us know. You have 30 days to return from the day your package arrives at your shipping location. To return or exchange a product, you will need to include the bottom portion of the Return Form below. Follow the directions on the slip to return for credit and/or exchange. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packing and enclose the bottom slip. We suggest placing each item back in the plastic bags to ensure no damages during the shipment.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed with all tags attached in mint condition. All returns must be sent back to the Los Angeles address above. All orders returned after the 30 day period will be subject to a store credit only. Specified sale items, special orders and all masks are final sale: no exchanges, no returns, no exception. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, FedEx or Certified USPS for your return.
