At Un Deux Trois, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
For orders placed online, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a refund. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it by mail. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If you choose to return your item by mail, we recommend grabbing a drop-off receipt for proof of return in case there are any issues with your return being scanned into the tracking system by the mail carrier. Any return shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

For any exchanges, please make a note on your return merchandise form, indicating the size you are returning and size you would like to exchange. Your exchange will complimantary ship to you! If the items you request are out of stock, or are on back-order, you will be notified either via email or phone. For any time sensitive exchanges, we recommend you place a new order and ship back your return to ensure you get your items in a timely manner.

We typically ship orders the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays, as we do not ship on weekends). Expedited orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same day; those placed after will ship the following business day. Delivery generally takes 5–7 business days from our Los Angeles, CA location. While transit times aren’t guaranteed, we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

We want you to find the perfect fit, so we encourage you to reference our size guide here. Please note that fabrics can vary in fit depending on their level of stretch. For events further out, we recommend sizing up to ensure the best fit.
