Udtfashion.com Return Policy

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in the case that all tags are still attached, purchased from Udtfashion.com, and is returned back within 10 days from the date you received your order. After 10 days, a store credit will be given. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with this policy. 

Accessories are non-refundable and a store credit will be issued upon return if items follow: Handbags, sunglasses, hats, bathing suits, or any jewelry. 

Sale items are final sale: no exchanges, no returns. No exceptions.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. 

Please note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not pay for shipping return labels at this time. For your protection, we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or Certified UDPD for your return. 

When Will I Be Refunded? 

Once we have received your return, it may take up to two-weeks to process and your refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase if the item(s) are returned within 10 business days if complacent with our return policy guidelines. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a store credit.

Udtfashion.com Purchases Vs In-Store Purchases

Udtfashion.com purchases and in-store purchase policies differ from one another. Udtfashion.com purchases may be returned back to a store to avoid return shipping charges. In-store purchases are non-refundable, however a store credit may be issued or can evenly be exchanged within 7 business days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. After the 7 days of an in-store purchase, an even exchange may be made. No exceptions. All returned items back to Udtfashion.com or a UDT store must be presented in it's original condition with tags attached, in perfect condition, accompanied with an order form, and return merchandise receipt. All sale items on Udtfashion.com and in-store are final sale. No exceptions. 

Udtfashion.com Return Instructions: 

A return merchandise form is shipped within every package and must be included within the package if items need to be returned/exchanged. Repackage your return securely in a box or pak comparable to the one you received your items in. Fill out your return merchandise forms to its entirety as legible as possible and enclose with your items. Save copies for your records. Udtfashion.com cannot include a Return Label at this time. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, or USPS for your return. Please keep the tracking number for your records. 

Once Udtfashion.com Headquarters received your return, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email.
