Return Information Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with tags still attached that has been purchased on for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.

Accessories are non-refundable and a store credit can will be issued upon return of the following: Handbags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, Belts, Hats, and Bathing Suits.

Sale items are final sale: no exchanges, no returns, and no exceptions.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

Please Note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, FedEx, or Certified USPS for your return.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Your return will usually be processed within a week to two weeks and your refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if the item(s) are returned within 10 business days. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a store credit.

Once your return has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

Not In The United States? ships worldwide! International shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout by FedEx. FedEx bases the cost on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination.

Please Note: International orders are often subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. is not responsible for any duty, tax, or freight charges billed from the country the merchandise is being shipped to. All international sales are final sale.

What If We Are Out Of Town Over The Holidays?

We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/30-12/24. All orders place within this time frame can be returned before 1/15 for exchange. Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. All sale items purchased during the holiday time period (11/30-12/24) are NOT eligible for refund. Purchases Vs. In-Store Purchases purchases and in-store purchase policies differ from one another. Merchandise purchased in any of Un Deux Trois’ retail locations (Los Angeles, Walnut Creek, Dallas, or Houston)may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days accompanied by a receipt. Returned merchandise must be presented in its original condition with tags. Jewelry, specialty dresses and sale items are final sale.

Return Instructions:

Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in. Please include the Return Merchandise Form that was shipped with your order, fill out completely, and enclose with the order form sent in the package. Save copies for your records. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our headquarters.

Once receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email.
