We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in the case that all tags are still attached, and purchased from Follow the directions on the bottom of the slip to return for credit or exchange. If you would like other items, you may place another order through the web site or specify what items you would like in the “Item(s) to Exchange” area on the slip. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the bottom slip. 

Once we receive your package, we will issue a credit, refund or exchange as you instruct after processing. If an exchange is needed, and would like the item(s) quickly, please place another order through the web site with the correct sizes. Once items are sent back and received, a credit will be issued. To receive a full refund, items must arrive at our returns department within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. All ordered returned after that period will be subject to a store credit. Sale items are exchange only and special orders are final sale: no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions. All masks are non-refundable and exchangeable, due to COVID-19 and well as recommendations by CDC. Each returned item must not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal contents left inside the product as it could indicate signs of use.

Please note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not pay for shipping return labels at this time. For your protection, we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or Certified UDPD for your return. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

*UPDATE* Due to COVID-19, all packages that arrive at our location will be left untouched for 48 hours as we are taking extreme precautions with our shipping team's safety. Once the 72 hour period has passed, we will begin processing your return which may take 2-3 weeks. We want to thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.
